Chess Club

Student Leader

Michael Hill, a junior at Logos Prep, began the Chess Club in 2009.  Michael Hill explains why he decided to start a Chess Club at Logos Prep, "I decided to lead this group because I enjoy chess and love to spread knowledge so leading the club was like double the fun."

During club meeting, tactics,  the types of chess and upcoming tournaments are discussed.

 

When and Where

Every Tuesday from 12:30 to 1:30 in the cafe or upstairs on the third floor depending on Mrs. Smith's schedule.
